What advantages do I have if I buy a vehicle from E-Streetbikes?

Do I need a driving license?
The 45 km/h electric scooters (e-choppers, e-cruisers, etc.) that are street legal can already be driven with an AM driving license.
Therefore, even 16-year-olds with a valid class AM or A1 driving license are entitled to drive the e-chopper on the road.
Of course, driving is also possible without any problems with higher driving license classes such as A (motorcycle) and B (car).
How long does it take to receive my orders?
Shipping usually takes 3-5 working days after receipt of payment.
We ship all of our vehicles within Germany free of charge for €0 to your front door.
It is best to unpack the vehicle with a second person to avoid damaging the vehicle.
Can I track my shipment after ordering?

How do I register my vehicle?
E-choppers / electric scooters that travel at 25 or 45 km/h are non-registration vehicles, so the vehicles do not need to be registered with the registration authority.
But even if your e-chopper/scooter does not need a license, you still need valid insurance cover. You can have your e-chopper insured with your trusted insurance company and they will give you your license plate number after taking out the insurance.
To conclude the contract, you only need the COC document provided, which is located in the battery compartment of your vehicle.
What ongoing costs do I have to prepare for?

How will my vehicle be delivered?
Your vehicle will be delivered 90% pre-assembled to protect it from damage during transport.
Some accessories are disassembled during packaging. Don't worry, assembling the entire scooter is extremely easy as more than 90% of the parts are already assembled.
Additionally, we provide you with installation tools and an assembly video in the package, so you don't have to worry about how to assemble your vehicle.

What is the difference between an e-chopper and an e-scooter?
The main difference is the type of vehicle. An e-chopper has the look and style of a chopper with a long front wheel and a special seating position, while an e-scooter looks more like a traditional scooter with smaller wheels and a more upright seating position.
Can I remove the battery?
You can remove the battery from your e-chopper/e-scooter with one hand and conveniently charge it in your home using any household socket.
I am very tall, can I drive an e-chopper?
Our E-Chopper Aero, Facelift Pro, HL 6.0 and many other models are among the largest models among E-Choppers. Most of our customers who are taller than 190 cm bought this e-chopper specifically because other electric scooter models are too small for them.
Can I ride the e-chopper at night?
Of course, our e-choppers/scooters are equipped with a light system. The front LED headlight has both high and low beams, front and rear turn signals and rear reflector lights to ensure you drive safely at night.
Do I have to wear a helmet?
If the maximum speed of 20 km/h is exceeded, there is a legal requirement to wear a helmet
Are there also 25 km/h vehicles?
We also stock a limited range of vehicles with a speed limit of 25km/h.
